“Ruben provided excellent customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and made my experience a very pleasant one!
Anytime someone has car issues it is typically very stressful, but today was the exception with Ruben. He got me the right part, told me to bring the old one back for a refund, and I forgot to bring my receipt with the part, but he went the extra mile and pulled up a new receipt and refunded me for returning the old broken starter.
I will drive to this particular O'Reilly everytime!!

“I knew of Caliber Collision from working secruity at their corporate events. They seemed to care then, and they showed to care now. When I was rearended for the first time ever, they made it as painless as possible. Luckily they are partnered with State Farm, and Enterprise, so I didn't have to do much of anything aside from show up. They reparied my new truck back to new, and got it back to me before the expected date, and in time for my new truck's debut at work.
