“Giving 5 stars to this location specifically for the rep Karl! Came in with an issue with 3 iPhones and he resolved it like a champ! He’s got great sales skills and succeeded in making me as a customer feel at ease. He went out of his way, took unconventional means to resolve other issues I had without asking. It was disappointing to hear another representative “correct” him publicly because he didn’t follow “a standard,” and was also unkind in her remarks towards him. What’s more important is to highlight how much value he brought to a customer and back to AT&T by upselling me. Thanks again, Karl, for an outstanding customer experience. “So I dropped my phone noon on a Sunday, the day before a holiday. I brought my phone in to their store during the afternoon. The original time my phone would be finished would be noon on a Tuesday. Luckily for me, they had all the parts I needed for my phone on deck already. They got my phone in perfect working order in literally less than an hour. I am incredibly grateful and will definitely be back with my other devices! Staff is great!”

“I had a wonderful experience yesterday at the AT&T store in Little Elm, TX! As soon as I walked through the door a Sales Rep named Travis asked if he could assist me. He was very helpful and friendly. Travis was also quite knowledgeable about the products he presented to me. He assisted me with transferring my photos and apps from my android device to my iPhone. He advised me that it would take a while instead of just making me wait and not say anything. But fortunately it didn’t take long at all. I also purchased some more items from him. Thank you Travis for your quick, friendly service. If I ever have to visit the store again I would love for Travis to assist me!! ?? “I came here because of a phone problem. I was changing my company phone from an old iPhone to a new one and there was a problem with the number. I talked to Thomas at the store and received support. I didn't even buy the phone here. Even though I visited him for two days in a row, he kindly supported me until the end without showing any offence.I am grateful to him for his kindness and appropriate knowledge.One thing I would like to ask Verizon is to buy him a better waiting chair.He clearly needs a chair for waiting customers. “Amazing experience, I dreaded entering because my acct had issues and i had been avoiding dealing with it because the 4 previous online customer service people had not secured it and it kept getting accessed. However, I was extremely impressed when I entered the Corinth AT&T. Mason quickly comprehended my issue and immediately knew how to handle it. Went above and beyond to assure my account was the way it needed to be and that this would not happen further. He's so intelligent at his job. I think he is the best multi tasked worker I’ve ever met but that did not cause lack of detail. He’s very thorough, friendly, and fast. If you need something corrected, changed, or need the best deal available, and done quickly, he’s your guy, this is your store. “I recently went to the store in The Colony. I met a young man named Ashton, who was working and I had an issue with my phone. I was not receiving data. I was having trouble using it to navigate because I also work for doordash and using my data. I eventually ran out of data. Ashton helped me fix my data issue. He spent a lot of time to figure it out and he didn't give up. He solved that first issue for me. My other issue that I had is that he told me I was eligible to upgrade to the $40/month deal to receive more data. It only would cost $2 and some change to to get it activated right away. Sadly, I had no money to upgrade to the $40 package about having 10 GB of data but I could not get to it because I needed to find $2. To my unfortunate luck, I did not even have change. I had overdrafted on my account, and I also needed gas money. I was not able to use my debit card either. I was stuck. Seeing how I was struggling and how necessary it was for me to upgrade, he told me to hang on for a second. He looked into wallet to see what he had. Then come he went to his car to see if he had some change. He also didn't have any. Then, he called his friend and asked him to then know him like three dollars. After he did that he was able to basically pay for me to get the upgrade. He was a lifesaver and he did whatever he felt was necessary to take care of me and I truly appreciate his care generosity. I need to return to the store to pay him back but I just want to cricket to know that he deserves a raise or he deserves recognition because he was selfless. He went up up and beyond to provide amazing customer service and compassion so if you guys see Ashton know that you will be in good hands. He represented the company very well. The company itself was a little misleading when I actually signed up, because I was told a different rate and that if I stick with auto pay I would only have to pay $25 a month. In the attitude saying that it would lock me in at that rate. Then, I was charged $30 and said that is the monthly rate. The $25 was only going to apply for the first month but it was not going to continue. No it's only a $5 difference but it's the principle of it how you lure someone in believing a certain price when advertised as such. In 1A call to complain about that, they said some excuse and I had to continue paying the $30. Considering that I was at a point where I couldn't even find $2, it was a big deal.That's not what the add said. I was disappointed in that. Anyways, I just wanted to acknowledge and give my shout out to Ashton because he is what made the customer service experience of five star service. It's because of him I upgraded and it's because of him I was able to earn something for myself that night and get gas to pay my other bill. It's because of him I will stick around with cricket and stick with the updgrade. He should be thanked and acknowledged. I also owe him lunch or something.”

“Michael T. at this AT&T store was a true blessing. I had already spent HOURS on the phone with AT&T trying to get cellular data setup on an Apple Watch, was transferred to 3 different people, call was dropped, then my data was accidentally cutoff on my cell so that’s when I had to go in to the store. I was so frustrated at this point. Michael started off by listening to my issues and then saying he could help me! He first fixed my data issue and got my phone working again! Then he proceeded to fix the eSim issue on the watch. I really applaud Michael for trying all avenues to resolve the issue, asking colleagues for assistance, thinking things through, trying more ways to fix the problem. I really appreciate him not throwing the towel in and having me call that awful customer service again. Michael was able to resolve the issue for me! I am so thankful for his AMAZING customer service, his no give up attitude, and his kind patience. He is a big asset to AT&T and had it not been for him I was ready to completely walk away from AT&T after being a customer for over 25 years!”

“We origunally went to the store in Little Elm, however they were closed before their regular hours without explaination. We called the Frisco store to find out why and were told we could go to that store instead. Anusha was who we spoke to and we were greeted by her as she was with another customer. Another customer walked in after we did and forcefully began talking to her as we waited. Anusha answered a few of her questions and then finished assisting the other customer She was with. Then she started to assist us. Anusha answered our questions and we started setting up our new line for our daughter. The customer that butted her way in got frustraded and made a rude comment to her and left. Anusha was so patient and helpful with setting our daughter up with a new line. She also helped us apply for a discount. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and we would highly recommend visiting her!”
