Before I even left the lot one of the amazing techs (Stacey I believe) was flagging me down. She showed me that my son's ipad was not cracked it was just a screen protector that was!! They could have never told me and charged me for the new screen and I would NEVER had known. Instead I bought a new screen protector and became a lifelong customer. It is incredibly rare to find an honest place like this and I'm so grateful that I have. Thank you!!!!”
