John was very informative, responsive and answered every questions my parents and I had, and most importantly didn’t try to force us to buy anything. Moreover, we came in during the time where they had a special - 2 additional warranty years for free which we are so thankful for after hearing that massage chairs break easily over time. In the end, we found the perfect chair that met my parent’s needs and were delighted with our purchase. As for the delivery service team, Chase and Gun were friendly and were on time. Furthermore, they were knowledgable in the chair and showed me the different functions the chair had to offer.”

Our bed truly was causing us problems but we were out of the trial period. She recommended we go through warranty and now we have the bed we want and so far love! So thank you so much. We are not modern people and everything in your showroom in too light or modern for us. It’s a shame my house is full of Haverty’s furniture that we can’t part with because since 2020 we hate all furniture on the market.”
