“It was my first time shopping in the store. I was only there by extension of my wife, but when I walked I immediately started window shopping. Then after a few minutes I started loading my cart up with lots of beautiful dish and kitchen ware. The items in the store are really nicely designed and displayed so I had to get a few things. One lady named Yoselin helped me out the entire way through from beginning to checkout. She was very nice and informative. She helped me find items and prices and did it with patience. I loved every moment of shopping there. My wife and I will definitely be back. Thanks for the shopping experience and nice items we bought.”

“Dale at the returns counter went above and beyond locating some missing screws for me along with a pretty difficult procedure of obtaining a large part for the sofa bed I was assembling. It was a faulty support beam that was eating up the screws and he went through a lot of hoops and procedures trying to get it for me. I drove over an hour both ways to the frisco location as Grand Prairie didn’t have the screws or item in stock- Dale did not let me down!”

He trimmed my map, helped me find the correct frame, mounted the map, attached a wire hanger, sealed the backside of my framed map, and covered it with a sheet of plastic. He did all of this as I was asking him questions about what he was doing. He even thanked me for my service in the Navy, since he noticed my Navy hat. Of my many years of having pictures framed at Hobby Lobby, JAKE has been the best. Thank you Hobby Lobby for hiring such a talented and personable young employee.”
