“This Lowes I consider to be "my" location. Today, I went to the flooring area to ask if my family room and master bedroom laminate flooring was under warranty. It's been three years, and I thought when I purchased it, Pergo had a guarantee and figured I'd check. The young lady working was as helpful as possible but could not find the sale but was determined to help. She said she would get someone who might be able to help. The second young lady found my sale, she printed sales details, and provided instructions on how to file the claim. The first lady's name was Rheagan, and the second was Valerie. Rheagan and Valerie were over-the-top professional, courteous, and friendly. Both liked their jobs.”

“I'm a newbie, but these were knowledgeable people, They had good advice on tools, projects, and wood choice as well a wide selection of woodworking specialty items. They had a good source of good quality wood and sheet goods, including American and Baltic Birch, as well as various hardwoods. the good stuff, unlike the construction grade ugly plywood at the big box stores. Same goes for hard wood boards; no knot filled, bowed, cupped, and twisted greenwood junk like the big box noodles in the dimensional lumber section there. You get what you pay for so the equipment is definitely on the high end quality and cost-wise (Festool for example). Worth a look”
“Love this store. I could easily spend a $thousand$ in there with no trouble at all! We go often and have never seen any of the behavior mentioned below. The staff is extremely friendly, always willing to help, greeting us when we come and ask us to return as we're leaving. I'm just flabbergasted that the experiences are so night and day. I would commend your staff on their patience with me. Being in a motorized wheelchair, it isn't always easy to clear merchandise on the end caps that I knock off, and I am so needy with things on top shelves. As often as we come, I would think I'd at least get a hint of impatience or irritation. There has never been any sign. They get only compliments from us!”
“I was recently in to return some tools for my company and everything was going smooth. Customer service was more than happy to help. I was told to get the tool that was warranted and bring it to them to exchange it. As I’m walking back to the front an older employee named Jose approached me and started to give me a hard time about the exchange. He stated he worked for customer service and started to ramble on how the tools should be exchanged. Seemed like he just wanted to complain and was trying to take his anger out on my co-workers and I. We found out later he lied about working in customer service and likes to do this often to customers. Thought it was weird but in the end customer service did an amazing job and we were able to get an exchange done. As for José do better and quit harassing customers with lies.”

We spent quite a bit time at Lowe's competition at first but it took a lot of time to find people for help; once we found someone it took a lot of time again to see if a solution can be rendered. We should've just come to Lowe's because people here knows their craft. Tyler helped us right away along with Doug. “I placed an online order. I wanted to just stop on the way home from work, grab my order and go. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, that's exactly how quick and easy it was! As I was parking, in an Online Order Pickup spot, clearly marked with a highly visible orange sign, I couldn't help but notice a big sign giving a phone number with clear instructions on how to notify the store of our arrival, if we were having difficulty with the app. As I looked at the app to see how to check in, an employee came to my window asking if I was there to pick up my order, and she had it in her hand - I'd already let them know I was in my way. Could not have been easier! This was a great experience! I went back to Home Depot today (three days later) for screws. Going in, I was dreading a long search and a lot of head scratching while I figured out what I needed for the job I had to do, and where to find it. As luck would have it, an employee was in the Fasteners aisle! I showed him what I had, explained that I needed something similar, but longer. He helped me find what I needed, and where the package was marked with the size, so I could more easily find it myself if I have to. Within a minute, I was paying for my purchase. In the short time he helped me, he was very friendly. In the future, I won't be so intimidated about going into Home Depot with my very limited experience in all things...well, Home Depot-ish. You're doing a great job, Home Depot, and I appreciate you!”
“We called this location this afternoon to ask about some specific HVAC duct supplies and the person we spoke to (Conrad? I'm not sure of his name) was awesome. Very helpful and friendly, even knowing he didn't have what we needed. He checked inventory at their Plano store and we went there to make the purchase. But NO, they said there were a couple of customers ahead of me but they would be with me as soon as possible. Not 10 mins later I leaving with a new hose and a real appreciation for local businesses attention to customer service. I will us Stuart Hose and Pipe in Lewisville again.

“THIS REVIEW IS FOR AMY (IT'S NOT FOR THE STORE OR COMPANY). Amy is amazing! She is determined to help customers and troubleshoot issues, all while being very sweet and kind.
Today, after a debacle with the delivery (set up through DoorDash by Home Depot), the delivery driver texted me and told me to cancel my order because it wouldn’t fit in his vehicle. I refused and told him to leave it at the store. I was already frustrated that Home Depot didn’t ensure a large enough vehicle was requested to pick up and deliver a very large, assembled (not in a box) 3-burner propane grill, as if any Dasher could pick it up and put it in their vehicle. Then I received untrue texts and emails from Home Depot, which only added to the confusion (really, Home Depot ?!?).
Despite being busy, Amy went above and beyond to coordinate everything so my son could come pick it up with his truck.
I hope someone who sees this recognizes Amy for who she is and what she does. I’ve interacted with her before in the store, and she is always absolutely wonderful!”
