“I want to give a shout out to Aaron and Robert at the Carrollton location. I had purchased a generator at the Denton location, but it wasn’t the one I wanted. The next day, I called the Carrollton location and they had what I wanted, and told me to come on and they would traded it out for me. “You can spend five minutes and $5 here and get exactly what you need 99% of the time or spend 2 hours at the orange store looking through their terrible selection to spend $2 and get roughly what you need 60% of the time. Naturally, I choose Denton bolt first. Higher prices met with higher quality, selection, service, means less time wasted and a better value.”
“Love this store. I could easily spend a $thousand$ in there with no trouble at all! We go often and have never seen any of the behavior mentioned below. The staff is extremely friendly, always willing to help, greeting us when we come and ask us to return as we're leaving. I'm just flabbergasted that the experiences are so night and day. I would commend your staff on their patience with me. Being in a motorized wheelchair, it isn't always easy to clear merchandise on the end caps that I knock off, and I am so needy with things on top shelves. As often as we come, I would think I'd at least get a hint of impatience or irritation. There has never been any sign. They get only compliments from us!”

“Excellent customer service, 30 minutes will call pick up, they have a rapid delivery service for only $25 within 15 miles. IN HOT commercial water heater delivery, they put in place the heater and take the old one. The counter is well stock and they work with you on items they don't usually stock. They also offer Direct pickup with different vendors. I 100% recommend shopping here.”

This spot is not only always quick, professional, reliable but they also have the best and most fair pricing for what they provide. The staff is constantly on point and doing their best at all times. I'm writing this review to express my sincerest gratitude for Pat's incredible assistance during an emergency situation. My vehicle had a major problem, and I was stranded with limited resources and no options. In a panic, I went to Northern Tool, hoping to find a solution.
Pat not only took the time to listen to my situation, but they also went above and beyond to help me. They were resourceful and creative, helping me to find a temporary fix that allowed me to get my vehicle to a service station. Pat's calm and reassuring demeanor made all the difference, turning a stressful situation into a manageable one.

“I placed an online order. I wanted to just stop on the way home from work, grab my order and go. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, that's exactly how quick and easy it was! As I was parking, in an Online Order Pickup spot, clearly marked with a highly visible orange sign, I couldn't help but notice a big sign giving a phone number with clear instructions on how to notify the store of our arrival, if we were having difficulty with the app. As I looked at the app to see how to check in, an employee came to my window asking if I was there to pick up my order, and she had it in her hand - I'd already let them know I was in my way. Could not have been easier! This was a great experience! I went back to Home Depot today (three days later) for screws. Going in, I was dreading a long search and a lot of head scratching while I figured out what I needed for the job I had to do, and where to find it. As luck would have it, an employee was in the Fasteners aisle! I showed him what I had, explained that I needed something similar, but longer. He helped me find what I needed, and where the package was marked with the size, so I could more easily find it myself if I have to. Within a minute, I was paying for my purchase. In the short time he helped me, he was very friendly. In the future, I won't be so intimidated about going into Home Depot with my very limited experience in all things...well, Home Depot-ish. You're doing a great job, Home Depot, and I appreciate you!”
