“We met our Designer, Anna, when we entered the Bassett store in Frisco, TX. She was friendly and personable without being pushy. After giving us time to look around, she answered our questions and guided us through the ordering process. We live several hours from this store and our items had to be shipped from different locations. Anna kept us updated during the process. One of the lamp shades was damaged when we received it and as soon as I notified her, she initiated the process of having another one sent to us (which we received within a week). We also ordered an extendable dining table that we are so pleased with. Anna has been helpful and knowledgeable!”

“I'm discovering that I enjoy crafting. It's always been a thing I saw seniors doing. Hobby Lobby showed me the error of my thinking! This place is great for all types of crafting and ideas for decorating! They have a section where you can buy something and they also have everything you need to make that decoration your own. I spent too much time in this space and plan to do it again regularly.”

He trimmed my map, helped me find the correct frame, mounted the map, attached a wire hanger, sealed the backside of my framed map, and covered it with a sheet of plastic. He did all of this as I was asking him questions about what he was doing. He even thanked me for my service in the Navy, since he noticed my Navy hat.
