“I couldn’t be happier with my new iron and glass door. I had been searching for a long time for a high-quality door and knew this company had been in business for years, so I finally decided to go with them—and I’m glad I did.
Since the door was custom built, it took about five months, but Jim, the sales representative, was great to work with throughout the entire process. They kept me updated every month on the progress and when to expect completion, which I really appreciated.
The installation team was professional and did an excellent job. In my opinion, installation is the most important part, and they handled it perfectly.
If you’re looking for a top-quality door and professional service, this is the company to choose. You might pay a premium, but you absolutely get premium quality and service in return. Highly recommended.”

“I was recently in to return some tools for my company and everything was going smooth. Customer service was more than happy to help. I was told to get the tool that was warranted and bring it to them to exchange it. As I’m walking back to the front an older employee named Jose approached me and started to give me a hard time about the exchange. He stated he worked for customer service and started to ramble on how the tools should be exchanged. Seemed like he just wanted to complain and was trying to take his anger out on my co-workers and I. We found out later he lied about working in customer service and likes to do this often to customers. Thought it was weird but in the end customer service did an amazing job and we were able to get an exchange done. As for José do better and quit harassing customers with lies.”
“If you’re looking for appliances and good deals, ask for Wayne. He’s got tremendous experience with appliances and will give you honest opinions. Doesn’t try to oversell you on anything. Jackie was also extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and helped a ton. Both of them were extremely patient and it is employees like them why I keep going to HD! Great job you two!! Thanks for all the help! We’re excited to see our new stuff in our kitchen!!”
“By far my best home depot experience ever. Stopped here for few items I needed and had to ask for an associate's help. Shout out to James, front end supervisor for the help today. He went above and beyond to get the items I needed, polite through out the interaction, patient and assisted me. Wish people were half courteous as James, made my day and thank James for me.”

“Tyler is SO helpful at Lowe's Frisco off Preston. We described the issue we have regarding the bathroom vent. It was supposed to be a simple project. We spent quite a bit time at Lowe's competition at first but it took a lot of time to find people for help; once we found someone it took a lot of time again to see if a solution can be rendered. We should've just come to Lowe's because people here knows their craft. Tyler helped us right away along with Doug. “Excellent place ! We went to bathe my dog and the washing station is great! It had all the products I needed to bathe my dog, there were towels, soap, shampoo, brushes etc! Everything was in perfect condition, the treatment was excellent on the part of the employees and the price for using the area seems great to me, $9.99 seems super practical to use that area and not have to deal with it in my house!”
“THIS REVIEW IS FOR AMY (IT'S NOT FOR THE STORE OR COMPANY). Amy is amazing! She is determined to help customers and troubleshoot issues, all while being very sweet and kind.
Today, after a debacle with the delivery (set up through DoorDash by Home Depot), the delivery driver texted me and told me to cancel my order because it wouldn’t fit in his vehicle. I refused and told him to leave it at the store. I was already frustrated that Home Depot didn’t ensure a large enough vehicle was requested to pick up and deliver a very large, assembled (not in a box) 3-burner propane grill, as if any Dasher could pick it up and put it in their vehicle. Then I received untrue texts and emails from Home Depot, which only added to the confusion (really, Home Depot ?!?).
Despite being busy, Amy went above and beyond to coordinate everything so my son could come pick it up with his truck.
I hope someone who sees this recognizes Amy for who she is and what she does. I’ve interacted with her before in the store, and she is always absolutely wonderful!”
