“They are the best all of them, I had no phone, and the insurance company that T-Mobile provided socks and said they would be delivered overnight, but it was not. Came back the next day. The manager made arrangements for me to have a phone until the replacement came at a small fee. I was able to work from home and continue with my daily routine. It took over 15 calls to that insurance company, and I received my phone 9 days later it was not the same phone that I lost they could have sent me this one overnight and not waited 9 days.Came into the store with my phone, tablet, and smartwatch. The manager set up everything for me in the last 15 minutes. She and her crew are wonderful.”

“Exceptional customer service!Claudia P. was exceptional in helping us solve our convoluted situation. My friend, 84-year-old gentlemen who recently lost his wife, received a letter from the corporate office stating that his account could be closed. He and his wife shared accounts and he switched from her to him being the primary holder on the account. The process was not easy but we deemed it successful, util, several weeks later, the letter arrived.After visiting two other stores with no success, we came to the flagship store at Legacy. We were quickly greeted by Claudia. She took the time to understand my friend’s situation, she contacted several departments to make sure that changes were implemented at all levels, and, that all communication was well documented. She was professional, friendly, and, most importantly, very thorough. In our fast-paced society, where most people are doing just what is required, Claudia went above and beyond to do her job right. Her exceptional customer service made our day. Thank you, Claudia!”

Scott helped us migrate our entire family plans over to T-mobile. Helped us answer every question and concern we had and recommended a better plan that meets our needs and everything. Scott is very knowledgeable about all the plans and different services and could recommend with us in mind. I am very thankful to Scott.”

He helped me navigate the multiple deals/promotions/offers on new phones and new data plans and directed me to what made the most sense for my situation. While he did try to upsell me on additional accessories, I never felt pressured after declining the add-ons. Overall a very pleasant experience. “My son ran into the store in THE COLONY to make some changes to his acct. And had the pleasure of meeting Craig. (Who just got out of training 1st day on the floor) and my son was Amazed at how helpful and knowledgeable Craig was! Knowing my local stores (Odessa Tx) were not so helpful.. he told me to call Craig at his store. I contacted Craig the next day. . He took the time to go through my plan and helped me not only LOWER MY BILL but he also upgraded my phone. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received! I would rate his customer service a 10 out of 10!! In fact. . I now won't call or go anywhere else when it comes to my Verizon service!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CRAIG AT THE COLONY STORE !!”

“Walked in on a Saturday to upgrade my phone and the people here were the coolest. Jared and Reid helped me and were very patient. They explained everything thoroughly and were honest, and answered my questions. Jared helped me lower my monthly bill as well. It took a long time for the information to transfer over but it flew by because they were so nice! I’d come back only to this store if I needed help again!”

“This review is ONLY for Brian, the gentleman who helped me twice, when other employees and managers did next to nothing when I was trading in and upgrading my phone to the 15 pro. Brian walked me through scrubbing two old phone, both a password and billing issue, and recommended an accessory for my car they did not have, that I didn't know what type to provide. This is some of the best service I have had, regardless of service type, and you should have him replace the current "manager" who I met with on a day Brian was not present. Maybe if he was running the shop you would not be sitting at a 2.4 star rating.”
