“3/1/26 So today me and my husband had the pleasure of sitting down with Mack Chambers and what I can say about him is that he was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable he’s been at this location for several years and knows his stuff every last associate greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm hello and they would be right with us. We are coming over to T mobile from ATT after 13 years of and we couldn’t be happier to make the switch. I also would like to shout out the manager and other associates Waleed B, Michelle, LaMar thank you all.

3/3/26 Okay so tonight around 6:30 me and my husband had the pleasure of getting checked in by Mia and we worked with Jay, after our first visit with Mack Chambers he instructed us that once our phones were unlocked by ATT booo?(if you only knew what we have been through you would agree with the thumbs down) anyway we were told to return to get the account and numbers transferred, that’s where Jay came in with extreme professionalism and a warm welcoming attitude. Everyone of them yet again made us feel seen. So I just want to give more flowers to this location Thank you so much Jay, Mia and Chris you all are amazing. LETS GO… Frisco Texas Team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??”

Erica examined the phone, settings , and made the needed adjustments to restart emails showing on my phone. Erica is very knowledgeable , and made me happy that I switched to T-Mobile . She is typical of the outstanding providers of customer service company wide .She did that in 10 minutes and I was on my way.

“I went to this location to get help with transferring my eSIM to a new device. The rep that helped me (David) was professional & courteous, and had me finished in less than 20 minutes despite juggling multiple customers.
The overall experience of trying to replace a damaged phone was a mess, but that’s not his fault.
With some of T-Mobile’s new initiatives (e.g., requiring the use of the T-Life app to transact with them), I think T-Mobile is playing a dangerous game in terms of actively making the customer experience less seamless. The experience of trying to replace a damaged phone was so clunky (note: it didn’t used to be this way) that I don’t think I will buy a device in store or online through T-Mobile again. There are other avenues to acquire a new device with the hassle of trying to do it in-store.”

At first, I wasn't to sure about making immediate decisions because I like to think about it and shop other locations first, but the Consultant Stephanie had such excellent customer service and was helpful, so in long story short... she basically make me feel very comfortable with my purchase and all services I will receive & knowing I am getting the best value with Verizon. She was full of knowledge, so I know I getting best value, and she saved me a lot of time from have to shopping around other locations where most of them don't even know anything. “Visited the Frisco Stonebrook branch of T-Mobile when we switched from AT&T and had challenges in activating our phones. It was a tricky situation (the AT&T account number needed to make the switch was different from the one shown in the bill and the app) that took calls to multiple parties - Joziah was very patient and helped us even when the time ran beyond the store hours.

In general, I have been pleasantly surprised with the amazing customer service T-Mobile has provided both on the phone and in store. I find the people I interacted with knowledgeable, competent, genuinely caring and overall very professional. AT&T's customer service is similar to what you find in most other places - impersonal, agents who don't seem to care and much less knowledgeable. I am glad I made the switch to T-Mobile.”

“I would like to give this Verizon store a round of applause.

I walked in nine minutes before closing, which I honestly felt bad about, but I had just come from a very frustrating experience at another location. From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted and my concerns were addressed right away. I was quickly paired with someone who was fully able — and willing — to help me.

There was plenty of staff available, which made a huge difference. No one seemed frustrated or annoyed that I came in so close to closing time. Instead, the associate took his time and made sure everything I asked for was handled properly.

He honored my request to pay for the phone upfront, honored my promotion, had the phone shipped directly to me, and gave me a very clear and detailed breakdown of the pricing differences between the storage options. He even helped me decide which option was best based on how I personally use my phone.

Although he ended up staying about 20 minutes past closing, he never once showed irritation or rushed me — even while I was trying to hurry out so he could get home to his family or wherever he needed to be. His professionalism and attitude truly stood out.

I am very disappointed that I do not recall his name, and I do not see his name listed on my receipt, because he absolutely deserves recognition. I would give him a 10 out of 10 without hesitation. After being a Verizon customer for 22 years, I am extremely grateful for the outstanding customer service I received at this location.”
