“I brought my Model 3 in after it was hit on the rear left side, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. They kept me updated with text messages every time progress was made, which I haven’t seen from any other shop, and they were quick to answer calls and texts. They charged the car for me and even detailed it, and when I picked it up it looked better than before it got hit. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. This will probably be the only place I take my Tesla from now on, as it was genuinely a better experience than I’ve had at Tesla service centers. Highly recommend.”
