This was my first time having an accident and I had alot of questions. They answered them all were very understanding and friendly. I got messages of the status of my car every step of the way and these were messages from the staff not automated messages, it added a personal touch to the experience. Not only was the staff friendly, but the repairs on my vehicle were perfect. My car was good as new and it was ready within 2 weeks. My experience was so great that I asked for the managers name. “Just had my oil changed. I went during the day knowing they probably wouldn't be busy. I was right. Had to wait for them to finish the car already in the bay, but even including that wait, 20 minutes in and out. Highly recommend. Just know it's probably busier on Saturdays.”
