“EDIT: Initially I did not know this was supposed to be a review for the HEB in Lockhart TX, Google had it lined up with several other places I had been to in Kyle on the same day, and Google never specified which store it was for, HEB in Lockhart is a good store, hopefully they can get an HEB Plus soon, as I think they need it since Lockhart os growing very fast! The HEB Plus in Kyle is also a good store, staff is helpful and polite. They need to get the remodel finished though, as I'm sure that I'm not the only person who goes shopping one week, and then goes back the week following, and things that were located in one place are totally located in a different location in the store, which makes shopping a bit more of a fishing expedition, and takes a little more time. Other than that, they've usually always got what we're looking for, and at very competitive prices!”
“It is a small station but like the others in this large chain of supermarket stores and gasoline stations, it is very clean and has pumps in good condition, and the prices are affordable compared to its direct competitors. In general everything is good, highly recommended to visit it.”
“My truck broke down all afternoon in Texas in my truck waiting for a tow truck, but my seven year-old and I stay inside with me to allow me to park at one of the gas pumps to stay in the shade. And even though you only get $.79 refills on the fountain drinks, they let my son refilled his slushy the same price. I was very impressed by the customer service provided to me and my son and I was there for over five hours”
“When to the drive up window last week to pick up RX that was not available in Bastrop. Need to give a shout out to Joshep. This guy was amazing! I kinda lost my shit because he needed a picture ID and I didn't have one. He calmly asked if I could get a picture sent to my phone which I did not think of. Got it and I apologized for my semi meltdown. He was so professional and nice, just really cool. Thank you!!”
“There are several very kind and attentive people who work in that place, but there is a young woman who seems to be in her 20s and she is like a despot, I think more than one person will have already noticed her and her attitude, how rude this young girl shows and the worst thing is that she seems to be the daughter of the owners of that place. The rest is all very well, excellent work, everyone else.”
“Normally I go to HEB for everything but I came to this Walmart bc I was in the area. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to find what I needed and even the employees were very helpful. Checkout was smooth and easy, I’ll be back.”
“I have never had a problem there. Staff extremely helpful. I admit they need more help. Maybe if corporate paid employees more, then they would not have such a turnover. Nevertheless, it is a good store with good employees.”

“Rented the Recreation Hall, a beautiful building and surrounding nature built by the CCC after WW2. We used for a memorial celebration and also a wedding years back. Highly recommend!”
