“I was trapped in here because of a ? outbreak and the staff did a great job of making sure the customers were escorted to the safest place in the store. They even passed out refreshments and gave us weather updates on where the tornadoes were touching down. Thanks, everyone at big lots for keeping others safety in mind.??”
“Went here with my son and his girlfriend. To get a tuxedo top, shirt, and tie for prom ended up spending a little over three 367 dollars for a shirt, a jacket, and a bow-tye. I ended up aggravated because I couldn't find what I knew I needed for my son. I ended up getting one of the girls to help me and things worked out beautifully.”

“I enjoyed shopping the Christmas clearance. I found a board game I've wanted for a while for only $10. The only bad part was when I was looking at the kids toys on the far wall. I was grabbing a toy and a pop up tent and other toys just started falling on me... This happened in front of two employees that I had to ask to assist me... When they came over.... to help put the toys up the toys kept falling again. The guy couldn't get the tent to stay and it just kept knocking more stuff off. It was awkward. ??”

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the prices were unbeatable. I was able to get all my groceries, household essentials, and even some great deals on electronics all in one trip. “The nearby ER kept us waiting for release until NO pharmacy in all the land could possibly have time to fill it. We live 80 miles away and had to get this filled tonight somehow. I called the nearest walmart at 6:20pm and talked to Jarred explaining my desperation. He quickly went into action, asking for the pertinent info. I literally got to the counter right at closing time 7pm and it was ready he had run the good rx for me and saved my wife from a night of extreme kidney infection pain. I want to give that pharmacy 9 out of 5 stars but it isnt possible. Thank you for everything peeps at walmart pharmacy. Jarred (spelling?) the pharmacist deserves promotion or something special!”
“Family Dollar is my go to store when I don't want to get out. Their crafting supplies, laundry and snacks are what keep me coming back. It's clean, well lit and parking lots are no longer a hazard to my alignment.”
“I was in here a few weeks ago, after having an awful experience at Ulta. The ladies who work here are so kind and professional. I wasn't going to, but I explained to the saleslady about my bad experience at Ulta, and she looked shocked. I will be shopping here, in-store and online from now on. The store was clean, and their inventory was well-stocked.”

The young lady that helped me was so friendly, helpful and made me feel important and beautiful..at 70 years old, that is not an easy job!”
