Gerber Collision & Glass on Slide Road in Lubbock is a repair center offering collision and auto body services with a National Lifetime Guarantee. Reviews note that the work performed is often top-notch, excellent, and pristine, with vehicles finished very quickly. Many customers report a positive experience, describing the staff as incredibly polite, helpful, kind, respectful, professional, friendly, super knowledgeable, and passionate. Communication is highlighted as a strength, with staff providing good communication, calling when they said they would, and giving updates.
However, experiences can vary. One reviewer reported a much better experience at this location compared to another. While some praised consistent updates, another noted they were only contacted once after two weeks when promised more frequent communication. A significant issue involved a delayed $500 insurance refund over many months, which a customer initially found very disappointing and dishonest. That situation was ultimately resolved with an apology for the delay, and the excellent repair work was acknowledged. The business works with all makes and models and provides free written estimates.
Excellent job ! They have my business from now on .

They did a great job putting my KIA Forte back together - even fixed the door dings and scratches that weren’t part of the accident. They kept me informed of the entire time. Very professional staff. They worked with my insurance so all I had to do was pay my deductible.

Daniel and Ivey are great, USAA approved, so much better than Safelite.
