“Just want to say how great this location is!! everyone was friendly, but i had help from jacob j. i had bought a phone and needed help switching my old one to my new one and he was so kind, helpful, and patient with me. i don’t have wifi at home and they let me chill in the store for about 20 minutes until my phone was done uploading. all of the employees held conversations with me while i waited and were kind as well. will def recommend this location. :)”

Next time I’ll just go in store to buy my products instead of purchasing online and waiting for Verizon to send and email.Original post: Been waiting to get a confirmation to pick up my new phone for over a day. The store doesn’t pick up the phone to answer questions. The call centers keep saying I have to wait. I chose the pick up in store option as it was supposed to be ready after a couple of hours. If it was going to take days I would have just had it shipped.”

Update: Disappointed in my visit today. A worker assisted me in buying a new screen protector. I asked him to put it on, and he did not do a good job. I now have bubbles in my phone and it is incredibly off centered. Unfortunate because I usually have wonderful experiences at this location!”
