About MCM Eleganté Hotel & Suites Lubbock
MCM Eleganté Hotel & Suites is a great regional hotel that is very well managed by a dedicated and energetic staff. The staff are extremely nice, very friendly, and always accommodating, providing a small town welcoming family vibe. The hotel offers good, clean, and decent rooms that are spacious with comfortable beds, though some note they aren't as nice as the online photos. The impressive atrium lobby is well decorated. The indoor pool is great and the gym is also available. The attached restaurant serves absolutely amazing food, with a solid dinner menu and a complimentary breakfast featuring made-to-order omelettes and a buffet bar described as one of the best. The hotel is nice and quiet, with very diligent room service. A convenient shuttle with a great driver is offered. The establishment is really clean and provides a pleasant stay, making guests feel like locals.

Shower head is rusted and no pressure. Pool has algae. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Bar service is solid. Honestly for what we paid everything should have been perfect. Ive had better accomations at half of the price when traveling for work. Huge downgrade from the Odessa branches.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was average. Location was the high point, being walking distance to the Stadium.
