Excellent hotel, great location to visit Texas Tech, great service. I visited the university on my 40th anniversary date arriving to America from China as a student. Everything changed for the better. That area in 1980s wasn't as nearly as good, but I alway remember it.

I always love my stay here, but bowser made recent stay even better!! He was excellent in answering all my questions and made my experience elevated just because of him! I hope he is here every time I come! I can’t wait to come back and I hope he is here to greet me!

Service from the staff, drivers, food all top-tier for me. The room left more to be desired on the 9th floor.
