Zero star rating been an issue since day one I never answer the phone Finance guy can't ever get a hold of him try to make a payment can't get through negative star if I could do not recommend

I'll be taking my banking business elsewhere. Botched loan paperwork, unauthorized drafts from my account by the bank and Ariels every changing stories have brought me to my wits end after 20 years of membership at this credit union.
