The work cohesively as a team in all types of weather to make sure you get the right parts, installed or tested within their protocols. Battery returns take time and that may become frustrating for some. There is a good reason for that to make sure they don't go broke replacing good batteries when it is not warranted. Paul runs his store well and is very professional. He picks his team well and so that is why the store has such high ratings.”

This location, however, didn’t have the battery needed to fulfill the warranty but he went above and beyond to find a location with the battery needed and that would honor my warranty. 10/10 appreciate Daniel and his honor and determination.”

“If they don't have it you don't need it. Sort of. I was referred to them years ago from a lamp store in Plano when they didn't have the light blub needed for end table. They had it and I went back again to get replacement blubs as needed. Latest need was interior light for kitchen appliance which mfg did not have. I called them and explained problem and they said text us photos of blub and we will check it out. A day or so later they called back with possible substitute but not the exact same blub. I passed on their suggestion as I want to get what the mfg uses. I appreciate the extra effort to serve a customer just not this time for a unique. I will keep them on the short list for the end table blubs.”

“I was at your Richardson Store. I called a young man named Daniel about a concern I had with a rock hitting my windshield. He said “come in and I will show you a kit that we have and help you.” He was so friendly and kind. We drove to the store and he walked me through the steps of what to do then he came out to my car and took a look at the area in question. He said I should worry about those because they were so tiny and hadn’t spidered out like others he showed me near by. I found his his service, friendliness, and honest absolutely amazing and outstanding. I believe he he is the Assistant Manager. Well done Daniel! Thank you. I will be a customer for life after todays experience.”

“My truck battery died Sunday afternoon – after all of the auto shops were closed. I got a jump and ran it up to O'Reilly in Lucas. Ali was incredibly helpful! Not only did he find me the best battery, he removed the old battery and installed the new one! My truck is lifted, and it was unseasonably cold outside- Ali was a pro & so very helpful despite the added complications! I will definitely be coming back for windshield wipers, headlights & anything else that my car needs!”
