“Been using this store as a shop manager for over 15 years I've never had one problem with customer service Ryan is very knowledgeable and friendly he is professional and charismatic orileys is lucky to have him... that being said the rest of the staff is just as nice even the drivers here are awesome our shop in allen recently closed and that sucks cause im having to change stores and I got spoiled by this orileys. Dear coperate if you are going to use a store to train ur first call people use this store the professional side of this store is top notch and customer side is just as good! Honestly if I could give this store all a raise I would! Thank all of you for your help all these years ...Paul is awesome too he kind of quiet at first but when u get him going he knows his stuff

“On a resent visit for some brakes parts n rotors n cam sensors n valve cover gasket.
I wz helped by an associate name of Antonio (store 2212 mckinney Eldorado n medical center Dr. I wz very impressed with this guy.
Bc after giving my info on what wz needed..
He remembered everything ever part and infom me that this car had 2 cams sensors.. (Unusual 2 cam)
I wz very impressed. I even asked him how long working he replied few months.. I wz suprize.
His attitude will determine his altitude. Very knowledgeable n professional im and old school mechanic started in 1974 and aviation technician 1994. to 2014

“I drove in with my 2019 Nissan Rogue after the battery light came on, and I was honestly very worried. I went to O’Reilly Auto Parts store #5777 and spoke with Dawn. She was extremely helpful — she came outside, ran a full test on my battery, starter, and alternator, and explained everything clearly.
All the tests came back good, and she reassured me that the battery would recharge and there was nothing serious to worry about. What a relief. Her professionalism and kindness made a big difference. Thank you, Dawn!”

“Jansen was a MASSIVE help. My car wasn't starting in the mornings unless it was jumped. I took it to AutoZone to check to see if the battery was bad and said no, it was my starter. I took it to a local mechanic and he did a test and said it was just my battery. Autozone lied to me. Jeff from Joes Auto Repair in Garland didn't have the battery for me so I took it to Batteries Plus. Jansen was incredible. He told me why my battery died in less than two years was because the last shop I had my battery replaced at didn't put in a battery that was strong enough to handle all the electrical systems. I have a 2017 Mazda 6. I had to leave work early and Jansen got me the right battery for my car and replaced it in less than 10 mins. There is a sweet lady named Ann that helped me to check out to buy the battery. Basically what I'm saying is this is an amazing place to go to. From my first brief experience, they treated me like I was a life long customer. I know it's just a battery change but they were all incredible and super nice and professional. Thank you Jansen and Ann. You guys rock.”

She performed a charging-system check and a short road-start test to confirm everything worked perfectly. “I went into the O’Reillys at 8:30 at night to pick up a very specific Panasonic battery for a vehicle
Andrew, who is a very young employee is very smart when it comes to mechanics he was able to go online figure out the proper battery even though it was a Panasonic from the factory to get the proper cranking amps and proper size to fit into a new vehicle
