“We found Advantage Storage on the recommendation of a good friend. We have been with them for 6 years now and have had a wonderful experience! The units are roomy and CLEAN. My belongings have been safe, dry, and well kept in a climate controlled environment. Access is easy, and I always feel safe! All that is terrific in itself, but it is the staff that really sets Advantsge Storage apart. We were treated like family from day one! I'm always surprised when they remember who we are and call us by name. They make us feel like they are always looking out for us. That is so rare these days. I cannot recommend them enough. “Only needed the space for 1 month. Be sure to check and see if they have 1 month free! Accidentally exceeded my month by a day and was only charged for daily rate (Be aware that the monthly rate will attempt to process!). If I needed storage would definitely use this company again due to the daily rate option after the first month.”

It was the most pleasant experience, starting with renting the unit and prepaying online.. which, for 4 months + insurance + tax, etc, it was very cheap. There was no need to go to the office for anything, but when I did just to be sure (thinking no way it's this easy), I talked to Tatiana at the front desk and she was very nice and helpful. Recommend to anyone.”
“I just wanted to say how great Nathan and Phillemon are at ur location on 3801 Hardin blvd in McKinney. Nathan gave me some info on transferring spaces. (Downsizing) when I went to actually transfer Phillemon was there to handle my needs with no hiccup. Went in to the office the next day to make sure everything was ok and Nathan was back. He asked me how the process went and if I had enough time and space to get everything done. So nice. Thanks to u guys and ur communication it was a breeze.”

“Love the location and ease of access. Very clean. Gated and code protected. Lots of different units available. It was a competitive price but after being with them a few months my rate changed without notice or agreement. (This wasn't like a first month special then it raised, this was my rate I signed up for with the unit went up significantly after a few months). I would have appreciated a fix price or a notice.”
