“Every company needs a Michael in their life!! My husband and I came in yesterday (04/08) to get the gate code to our new unit, and the lead, Michael P. was extremely helpful! Not only was he knowledgeable and very detail-oriented, he even went the extra mile of taking us directly to our new unit and made sure we were comfortable operating the lock system before heading back to the office. That type of professionalism and kindness is very rare these days. We are new to the Plano area and are so glad we picked this location to store our extra things. Thank you so much again Michael!!”
“This place sells good boxes for cheap!!! I wouldn't have known except I saw this big sign out front. Mike was so helpful and carried 30 boxes to my car without even being asked to. And, after having a really tough time lately with much tragedy and grief, it was so nice to see him greet my dog and give her attention...and talk to me. SO glad I saw that sign! Made mine and my dog's day.”

Samantha went above and beyond to find us the right units at the right price, taking advantage of promotions. In addition, was very flexible as we didn’t know how many units we would need. She also helped us find units close to each other on the same floor. Super accommodating and great customer service. We will be keeping at least one unit here and consolidating. Great job Samantha!! Saw over 500 5 star reviews and I thought “how’s that even possible? Over 500 people think some place and someone is so amazing?” Of course I had to find out for myself. I realized why very quickly upon reaching out.
Stacey is so warm, welcoming and kind. Chatting with him always felt like we been family for so long. He cares for the people and is interested in ensuring he gives you the best option at the best price. I must say his consistency at reaching out and his kindness while at it is unmatched. Even when my items didn’t arrive, he still kept reaching out and for that I say thank you Stacey. What’s more interesting is Stacey was already telling another gentleman about me the very next day and how he met this beautiful lady and how he thinks we are a perfect match. Hilarious. Admin better add matchmaker to Stacey’s bio! ??
The beautiful manager lady confirmed it and we all had such a good laugh. He went on saying when I saw him I knew he was gonna be good for you. Mind you, we just met.
