“Huge selection of country wear and boots. Clean store, but every rack is overstuffed, so if you pick up an item it's hard to put back on. It makes looking through selections hard. Even though inventory was massive, the children boots were slim pickins. We found much bigger better selection across the road at boot barn.We were asked several times if we needed help so that is a plus.My son was looking for carhartt pants, and although they have massive inventory, there was nothing but blue jeans for men's bottoms, so that was a negative.Definitely will check them out again my daughter found several items she wanted.”

“I really tried avoiding this review, but after speaking with a store, them telling me to speak with customer service, and then customer service referring me back to a store, I am beyond frustrated.Long story short, I bought a pair of Adidas on March 1, 2024. The Cloudfoam bottom gave out and split open. I have worn these shoes probably a total of 5 times and have not run, worked out, done physical labor in them. I literally bought them because they are slip on sneakers for me to get on/off quick at the airport. Okay, no big deal, their site says that if it caused by a manufacturers defect, you are covered. GREAT! It split right at the seam where the Cloudfoam soles are put together, I am covered, or at least you would think.Needless to say, I travel for work and I didn't even take the receipt from the store because I didn't think I would need it. I threw the box away at my hotel that evening.Now, because I have no box,no receipt, I can't even get a damaged and defective exchange unless a store manager approves it? What about the part of the site that says if it's caused by a defect, it's covered. Well, the customer service department told me that statement isn't true because it's done at the store level, and it's "up to their manager." The shoe split right at the seam where the sole is put together. You can see it in the photos attached because the very bottom portion of the sole is still there, but the side of the shoe split off. Absolutely ridiculous that they won't do an exchange for something like this. The purchase was done March 1, 2024, at the store in Victoria, TX, and today is March 21, 2024.Keep in mind, I'm not asking for a return. I'm simply asking for an exchange for the SAME product, but instead I'm left with a shoe that looks like this:Edit: this review is NOT in regard to the Beaumont, TX store directly. I am not sure why it attached to that specific location.Second edit: the Beaumont store solved my issue! Big thanks to them! No thanks given to Victoria or Corporate teams though!”
