“It is my store to go. I prefer to shop in Lowes but this store is closer to me so I had to visit it once and wasn’t disappointed. I’m pretty happy with service here and overall cleanliness and customer service, merchandise selection, it’s good place to shop.”

I walked into the store on Thursday, very
outdone with my LG refrigerator, it has died on me three times in the last five years. ?
It’s still under warranty, because they keep changing the compressor out, but I was beyond frustrated that I once again had lost most of the food and contents in my refrigerator. Who’s got time for all that?
I spoke with Dylan, who was welcoming and super helpful the moment I walked in, I explained my situation and asked for his help and guidance in selecting a new refrigerator that would be much more reliable, and also told him what I wanted going forward.
He walked me through the floor models that they had available, because I needed something ASAP. I was able to quickly make a decision on a new Frigidaire refrigerator, and-they also had a smaller garage style type refrigerator that he made me an excellent deal on, I’ve been wanting to get one for my garage for a long time so I went ahead and bought both of them. Their prices were extremely reasonable, I was just really grateful for the guidance I got from Dylan.
To add icing to the cake, I had scheduled delivery for the next day, but within 10 minutes of me leaving the store, he called me to let me know that they had a delivery crew that could bring me the refrigerators-Same day as I bought it!
About an hour after I left the store, their delivery guys showed up, and set up both refrigerators for me in my home. The delivery guys were cautious and careful, and answered all the questions that I had.
They also hauled off my old, terrible LG refrigerator, and I have enjoyed a blissful weekend with my new fridge, which is so much better than my old one. I had an all-around amazing experience, and I felt like they really cared about my situation enough to make a difference that day, which took a huge amount of stress off of me.
It’s this kind of attention and care that I love about small business in Tomball. I will definitely be back for all my appliance needs in the future. Thank you so much for helping me get thru that and move forward quickly!”
“I have called them several times to repair my whole house vacuum system, and I have always been very happy with the experience.
Today's technician was able to quickly find the problem. Even more importantly, he was able to fix it without causing any repairs to my baseboard or drywall.
He knew exactly how to reconnect a pipe to my vac pan at the floor without having to cut an access hole.

“10.28.22Yes I am giving 5 stars to this Home Depot location. We all know that when you come to a hardware store that if you need an associate they are hard to find one. Well not at this location!! We had several Home Depot associates ask us if we were finding everything ok and if we needed help with something!! We were shocked. They were so nice and polite. Kudos to the management team at this location. We found what we came for and of course a few extra items. This location is the closest to our new home and I am very happy about that. I'm not going to mind coming here.”
