“10.28.22Yes I am giving 5 stars to this Home Depot location. We all know that when you come to a hardware store that if you need an associate they are hard to find one. Well not at this location!! We had several Home Depot associates ask us if we were finding everything ok and if we needed help with something!! We were shocked. They were so nice and polite. Kudos to the management team at this location. We found what we came for and of course a few extra items. This location is the closest to our new home and I am very happy about that. I'm not going to mind coming here.”

“We went to Home Depot last Sunday because my mom wanted to purchase a new washer. She had seen that there was a rebate she could use for 3 more days and wanted to take advantage of it. She also wanted to apply for a Home Depot card. Daejia assisted us with that. She led us to a register and showed us how to go step by step to fill it out. She didn't abandon us during the process. She stayed til we completed it. Mom was approved so we went to the washer/dryer section of the store. Since she had been there the day before she had spoken to Nae and said she was a big help. She doesn't make these decisions alone so I had to come with her to make sure everything checked out. Mom always knows what she wants and makes sure she gets what she has in mind. She wanted a Maytag washing machine with a warranty and a sliding tray for under the machine. She is a fan of Maytag and found the perfect one. Lakrecia and Julian were a big help with this transaction. Lakrecia started the order for us and applied everything as we explained what we wanted and used the card information we had just qualified for. After a few minutes, she drew up our invoice with the delivery date set. This entire crew was awesome! I really can't say enough about how helpful and patient they are. I know HD gets a lot of customers but they take the time to assist and make sure you get through your transaction. The delivery date was four days later and although I wasn't there, I did get the call for mom that the delivery guys were 10 minutes away. My mom said the guys were so nice and helpful. She was so pleased with how easy the delivery was, in fact, the whole experience, she asked me to write a Yelp review to let you know. Thank you for all your help and for just being awesome all around! Mom washed right away and loves her new washing machine!”
“My mother and I were in dire need of wood to make a table for Christmas. Other Home Depot turned us down when we requested to have a certain piece of wood cut. However, when we arrived at this particular Home Depot 37 minutes before closing, a manager by the name Nate and his associate Chris assisted us to the best of their ability and was even able to fit us in for a last minute cut. We are extremely grateful for this specific Home Depot. Their customer service is great and we will be coming here more often when starting a project.”

“They didn't have an item I was searching for, however the store clerk was kind enough to assist me with using their online functions to locate the item I needed. From there she guided me on how to track a store to eliminate shipping. She was very friendly, and much more helpful than the jackass at Lowe's. Avoid Lowe's and just head a light away for better service.”

“From start to finish, this was a great experience compared to other places we have bought appliances from. Don Lynch assisted me by email and then over the phone. You know the feeling that you are in a conversation with a vulture, who just wants to make a sale? Not so here. He was professional, knowledgeable, and absolutely no pressure whatsoever. Delivery was outstanding as well. After they installed the fridge and left, Cliff turned around and came back, because he was not satisfied with how the filter set up was and it was nagging him.
