“Is Ferguson open to the public? I just need basic toilets parts for an easy fix that aren't available at Home Depot or Lowe's. May need a couple of new toilets too. Plumbing fixtures at DIY home centers are extremely poor quality and I don't trust them not to fail. Thanks!”
“I was wondering why this Home Depot had such a high rating. I have never been to a Home Depot and thought anything special about it until I went to this location. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Multiple employees approached me to ask if I needed assistance and the girl helping at the self checkout was so friendly. This will definitely be the only location I go to.”

The item was exactly as they described and in perfect working order. I would not hesitate to make the trip again to buy from them.”

I'm updating my review to 5 stars after a few okay experiences, but primarily thanks to Janhet in the door and window department. She helped me a lot more than she had to, she easily could've done the bare minimum and sent me on my way, but she was genuinely helpful which is not what I expect out of home depot tbh. What a nice surprise! A great employee”
