When I first called, I spoke with Stephan, who was fantastic, quick with an estimate and great about keeping me updated. What I especially appreciated was that after our initial call, he followed up by text, which made communication so much easier.
He connected me with Franklin, who invited me to come in much sooner than expected; the same day at 11:30 AM. Franklin gave me a very fair price, completed the work quickly, and was just very easy to work with overall.

“I was on the way back from Lake Conroe, when the shifter pole on my Harley E Glide became loose and I wasn’t able to shift down from 4th gear: I made it to roll to Advanced auto parts and wanted to buy tools. John who works in there and is also biker showed up and went with me outside to see what the problem was. He went back inside was handing me the required tools and helped me to fix it. “Aiden was amazing! I left work after a long 12 hour shift to find that I was having car trouble. I pulled in to the autozone in Magnolia on a Friday night at 8:45pm, thinking they closed at 9pm and prepared to beg for help. Fyi, they are open until 10pm. Aiden came to my rescue and helped a slightly frantic lady by running the diagnostic test on my truck. He then eased my mind by telling me it was something simple, such as a spark plug! This young man was very helpful and knowledgeable and I am very grateful for him and the team at Autozone Magnolia!”
