“I like the boots, but I was disappointed that I was not given the premium upgraded insoles that were part of a promotion. When I purchased the boots, they did a foot scan on me to help determine my size. After trying on several pairs I purchased some boots and headed home. Later that night, I remembered I was supposed to have gotten the premium insole upgrades. When I went back to the store, I was told they couldn't give me the premium insole upgrades because I didn't get them on the day I purchased the boots. Like I said, I like the boots, but I would prefer to buy my next pair at an establishment that appreciates my business.
Update: The owner of this business reached out to me to resolve the issue. I haven't talked to them yet, but I appreciate their quick response. As I mentioned in the original review, I like the boots. I also appreciate the owners quick response to my review. I should also note that the sales rep was very helpful when I purchased the boots.”
“Absolute perfection! We were looking for very specific custom boot. I did a google search and liked the boots I saw on Lagarto’s website. It is a little frightening to do business completely on line but Lagarto made it so easy. They answered all of my questions quickly. Offered suggestions and multiple options, sent proofs and displayed amazing patience as we worked our way through all the selections. We had a very tight deadline for the boots and Lagarto went above and beyond to ensure they were completed timely. They truly made every single aspect of this transaction easy! I highly recommend and we will be using them again in the future. ❤️”

“Ugh, this place is beautiful! I'm totally going to go broke. Just visited the shop for the first time and was blown away at how sweet and kind the associates were as well as how gorgeous everything was styled and displayed. Somethings are a little pricy but everything is special. They even had a great selection of sale items. Lots of bows, jazzy shoes, dresses and special occasion outfits. Will definitely be going back. Parking can be a little tricky but I snagged a spot on the backside.”
“Went in this weekend to get some shoes with my daughter in law and my grandson. Some sizes are very difficult to find. However the wonderful boy named Matthew was able to find a perfect shoe for grandson. He was extremely friendly and funny. LOL! The cost wasn't outrageous we got some socks and two pairs of shoes and with my daughters account here he brought the price down $30! Will be coming back! The managers and employee are so friendly, I laughed an smiles my whole visit here!”
