“Strong and clean storage container. Delivery and pickup were easy to schedule and the drivers were very skillful in placing and retrieving the container. Having the container on site was convenient when we needed to retrieve something. While that convenience came with higher cost than a storeroom, multiple trips to a storeroom would have consumed time and money, so probably a reasonable price. All in all, we are glad we used MiBox, and would do so again.”

“Fabulous customer service. I made a mistake with my lock -- and they called so I could take care of it immediately. When I needed to upgrade my unit, they took time to help me, considered that I'd need to work to move my stuff, (again, sigh. Moving is such a pain) and worked to make sure my fees were fair and correct. Can't say enough about Shasta and her team. There are real people running this place (it's not just a website) and they care.”
