Todd is always so customer service oriented and kind. I usuallly have to go in a drop off items to send out and he’s always so welcoming and friendly. I avoid the oak hill usps store because of the cold and unfriendly environment which is why I go see Todd instead!

Todd Dunn went above and beyond to help me. And he didn't mind that I came in 4 mins before closing. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Also was nice enough to give me a bottle of water when I was going back out into 101 degree weather.
