Your knowledge of your product lines made it easy to narrow down the model that fit our needs and you walked us thru the various upgrade options seamlessly. We really appreciate it and I know we were not always the easiest customers with our laundry list of never ending questions. Also thank you to James the GM and Becky our closing agent, again our interactions were amazing and your customer service was impeccable. We also owe you a HUGE thank you for putting us in touch with Mike Tabb for our site prep, water well, septic, covered porches, skirting, etc, etc. He has been great to work with and does fantastic work! Finally, Unlimited Construction for the actual moving has been very quick to respond and came up with creative solutions to get the new home on our ranch thru some tight quarters. The entire experience has far exceeded our expectations and the fluid communications between Palm Harbor Round Rock, their factory contact, the delivery folks and the site prep and infrastructure needs has been wonderful. Keep doing what you are doing and know how much we appreciate our new home! Finally, icing on the cake was the nice, thoughtful gift basket at our closing. It was had very thoughfully selected items that are userful and nice for our new home.”

“I could get on here and trash these people like some sort of entitled child, or I can act like an adult and put myself in others shoes for one minute of my life.
It seems the residents of this property are targeting the wrong people. Any “level headed” person can see that this property was poorly built. Thats the first thing to take under consideration. The new management company, office staff and the ONE maintenance technician for 350 apartments are not the ones who built this place. I see that they are trying to accommodate a bunch spoiled, entitled, and inconsiderate residents who just want out of their leases, the best they can. My hats off to the Willow Bridge Staff for putting up with these people. You definitely don’t deserve any harsh treatment considering the obstacles thrown your way. There are residents who understand.”
“Have lived with Camden for almost 4yrs and specially at Huntingdon for almost 3yrs. They have always been excellent and responsive. Brian always comes to resolve any maintenance issues I have in a timely and efficient manner, no matter how big or small. He’s amazing.”

“I have only been here for one month. The office staff are very polite, kind, and helpful. The apartment i am in is affordable, spacious, and VERY nice. I imagine the remodeled units are even nicer, which is probably phenomenal. The environment is easy going and no hassles. There are some rough patches here and there, likely because of the age of the complex and human nature. However, it definitely feels like this complex is an apex competitor, providing an ideal meeting place for quality and affordability.”
“I absolutely love living in these apartments! The management team is so friendly and responsive, and they genuinely care about the residents. The office is always festive, hosting fun raffles, which I really appreciate – it makes the place feel like a true community. The units are spacious and beautifully designed, and the amenities, like the fitness center and pool, are always well-maintained. The location couldn’t be better, with shopping, dining, and everything I need nearby. I’m so happy to call this place home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live!”

“We have been living here in your apartment community for around 10 years so it is a good place to live...
The only bad thing lately is the renewal of stickers due to constantly changing tow trucks. I think they should do a sticker only for the property since this affects many of the tenants who live here with you. (ATX TOWING) is doing a terrible job, still taking cars. Having said stiker and taking the cars quickly damages their internal parts and you can see the quality of work from the comments on the (ATX TOWING) page.”

“I loved living here. Overall the experience was great; Rent is as affordable as it can get in the Austin area and the pool is great. The team in the office is fantastic and more than willing to work with you. (Shoutout to Leslie and her other front desk counterpart!) I hate to move out as it really has been such a great experience.
The only couple of downsides were 1) Pool security over the summer SUCKS. The security team is kind, but the fact that you aren't allowed more than 4 guests to the pool really blows for celebrations and gatherings. 2) The newly built Valero across the street, while convenient, is so bright and shines into the apartments on that side of the complex.”

“Michelle is WONDERFUL to work with so is Thomas! Both are very experienced in their roles and have no problem answering questions that may occur. The old management (RPM) was completely awful, please give these guys a chance. They are easy to work with and have definitely made improvements (I’ve been a resident for 3 years). They always communicate as well and send out emails about inspections, parking, towing, etc. Gym is always clean & community is tidy.”
“I Love These Spacious Apartments. I’m Afforded a resort like atmosphere❣️The apartment maintenance staff is responsive and qualified enough. There is however room for improvement. I’ve lived here for 4 years and had 3 different property managers. In my opinion the up keep of the overall property has deteriorated. In particular the community pool bathrooms near pool and mailroom have been down right nasty. When I mentioned to office staff Ms T, I forgot her actual name, she stated the property did not have money to maintain these areas on weekends and that I should only be concerned with my individual apartment. I explained to her I was paying for amenities as well!! This was an unacceptable answer and situation tenants were facing. I am definitely looking to move if these issues are not remediated ASAP and continue to be monitored!!”
“Davies Ranch is home. Delaney and Mardie are very straightforward and communicative, so far the best office staff. Maintenance is also very active and thorough. So many great amenities. Neighbors will be neighbors but not worried since most of them are nice and keep to themselves. I’m really happy with my choice to rent at this property. A great place to consider!”
“I've been living here for almost 5yrs now, and it's the best place I've ever stayed at! The Maintenance is ACTUALLY competent and responsive. And the management team (Kimberly's) property management specifically (you'll know her when you meet her) are AWESOME! If there's anything you need, they are right there doing everything they can to work with you! They are also very attentive, if there's something going on, they are very quick to try and remedy. I don't think I'll live anywhere else until I buy a house!”

Pros:
I lived in a studio apartment and it was a really great size for one person plus really affordable rent. Maintenance is really quick and responsive! I had a few issues like a water leak or a crack under my front door where bugs were coming in but they fixed both problems in a timely manner. Leasing office workers are very nice and helpful.
Cons:
Main issue I had were bugs. I don't blame anyone besides the unit needing some touch ups and cracks filled in. I did have a small baby roach problem but it has died down since getting pest control in. Lastly, the walls are very thin. I got used to the noise but you do hear upstairs stomping if you live on the first floor and anything and anyone outside your door.
Regardless, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend for anyone needing a starter apartment. Very affordable and safe.”
