I’ve bought two Ford Mavericks from them and unlike many dealerships throughout the country, I didn’t pay anything above MSRP. The second Maverick I tried to order after order banks had closed but Riata Ford found me the truck I wanted to pretty much the exact specs of what I would’ve ordered and other than the delivery fee, it was the exact same price as if I’d ordered it online! My sales guy Joel was great, and kept me in the loop through the entire process. They really go above and beyond to do things right and make customers happy, which I’ve not experienced at a lot of dealerships. And when you need to communicate with them, they’re always very prompt about responding.”
