“Great Experience with Caliber Collision in Elgin We had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Elgin after our 2021 Chevy Colorado was involved in a front end fender bender. They did an excellent job with the repairs, and the truck looks great like nothing ever happened. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They kept us informed, were very professional, and even completed the repairs ahead of schedule, which we really appreciated. We are very happy with the quality of their work and the customer service we received. We would definitely go back to Caliber Collision in Elgin if we ever need body work again, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop. Great job!”

“If you turn wrenches, then you probably already know that A-Line is the first place to call when you need a part.Great staff, great parts, and never a wait in line while someone is asking for help installing their windshield wipers. No, A-line does not carry every little doodad and car wax available but if you need an auto part and you live in Elgin call them first.”

“Travis in service did a strong job with the front crankshaft seal repair. That is the kind of leak repair where accuracy and good communication matter, and he handled it the right way. The information came through clean, the repair stayed on track, and there was no unnecessary runaround. Travis came across as professional, fair, and dependable.”
