I won't give marks off for this (it is Texas and I'm a special use case in that I work on a lot of european electronics) but there's zero metric tools/fittings available. Everything is SAE.
Other than that pick up a chicken or some shop rags or some cleaning supplies, or a horse saddle. It's all there!”
