“Just recently moved in, and the complex has been super amazing and friendly! From the moment of us looking and applying. The office was really helpful with an insight on how the whole process would go. We had applied to another location at the Atlantic Mansfield, and we had a terrible experience with their communication and their staff. And when we came here we noticed a difference between how kind the staff was here and how they would answer our questions. Winnie are a big difference and that was honestly a big factor as to why we decided to choose MAA as our new home. Not to mention, we got cute little gifts when we moved in which I have not received from a complex before and I have lived in three different locations so that was a very nice touch.
