“We stopped by TJ Maxx pretty late in the evening and made it there around 8:45 PM, not too long before closing. It was still surprisingly busy, but overall we had a really good experience. One of the biggest highlights was the customer service. The lady working in the jewelry section was so sweet, friendly, and helpful. What was funny is that when we were ready to check out later, she ended up being our cashier as well! She had the same friendly attitude at the register even though it was the end of the night and the store was busy. I really appreciate employees who can still make customers feel welcome when they’re getting close to closing time. There was a good selection throughout the store, and we were able to look around and find what we needed without feeling uncomfortable or rushed. The checkout experience was also smooth, and the friendly service definitely left a positive impression on us. The only area that could have been a little better was the kids’ section. There was quite a bit going on over there, and it felt somewhat cluttered and unorganized compared with the rest of the store. It made it a little harder to browse through everything. At the same time, I completely understand that we arrived right before closing, the store had been busy, and employees were probably trying to get everything taken care of before the end of the night. I wouldn’t judge the entire store based on that. Overall, we had a very positive experience. Good selection, friendly employees, and especially wonderful customer service from the lady who helped us in jewelry and then checked us out. It’s always nice when someone takes the time to be kind and helpful, especially at the end of a busy day. I would definitely shop at this TJ Maxx again and hopefully next time we’ll arrive a little earlier so we have more time to look around!”

“Walmart Neighborhood Market is located on Matlock and the intersection of Debbie Ln in Masfield, TX, serving the local community with everyday groceries at fair market prices! This Walmart Market has a huge parking lot in a shopping center that also has a gas station, so parking when visiting here shouldn't be an issue. Inside, they have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, a great selection of meats and dairy products, as well as a deli and bakery. They sell alcohol products such as beer and wine and have a great selection on both, and they even have mixers as well. They have a nice variety of seasonings and condiments for your favorite dishes to prepare. The prices are fair and decent, and sometimes they can't be beaten by the local competitors. The generic brand they carry is Great Value, and I must say this brand is very good in quality and sometimes equal or even better than the brand name. They also sell lottery tickets and have a Primo water dispenser to fill up on water by the gallon. There are a lot of other services provided here they offer that you can check out at Guest services. The lines are always short, and the staff they have are always on point, demonstrating customer service at its finest! I enjoy coming here to pick up my groceries for the day without the hustle and bustle of visiting a regular Walmart and the standard lines you would have to wait in. This location also has a self check out on-site as well.”

I know at times there are several people that are trying to show their membership cards but the process was very slow. This is the only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars. The Cincinnati-based supermarket giant will open about 110 new stores in fast-growing markets by 2029 and introduce three updated store formats, executives told investors Oct. 20 at the company’s Investor Update in New York. Kroger already runs about 2,700 stores in 35 states. The formats come in three sizes, a bit like small, medium and large, matched to each market. Mary Ellen Adcock, Kroger’s executive vice president and chief merchant and marketing officer, walked through the lineup.
Walmart shoppers want a head start on the holidays, and money explains a lot of it. Some 44% of respondents call affording the holidays their top stressor, and 61% say holiday costs shape their shopping mood. Asked what would make the season easier, 70% picked lower prices and 57% picked more deals and promotions. Convenience ranks lower: 30% want one-stop shopping across categories, and 20% want faster delivery.
