“Top notch customer service from the greeting when entering and all the way through to purchasing. The manager even wheeled my large item yo my vehicle & placed it inside for me. She was so nice for doing that and I didn't even ask her to do it. This location is always my first stop!!!!”
“I was price shopping for a near future, but not today order on AFT fasteners website. In my online search, AFT’s website was organized the best and very user friendly, especially for someone that doesn’t know exactly what they are looking for. Customer service is outstanding! I accidentally placed a very large order, that was not meant to be ordered for another few weeks. I emailed right away, asking if it was possible to refund the order .. I was a completely new customer but they did not hesitate, they refunded me my $500 immmediatley! I am So grateful! Thankyou AFT for being human, and understanding that I am too!!!!”
“The Home Depot in Mansfield has become my go to store for materials and supplies. I work with many clients throughout the area, so I visit frequently for different projects, and I appreciate how clean, organized, and well stocked the store usually is. The layout makes it easy to locate the products I need, which is very important when I am shopping for multiple jobs. I especially want to recognize the lady who works in the tile department. She is always willing to help, has a wonderful attitude, and takes the time to assist customers in finding the right materials for their projects.
Overall, I am very satisfied with this location and continue returning because of the product selection, organization, and helpful employees. The only area that could be improved is having more associates available to help customers load heavy materials into their vehicles outside. Contractors and customers often purchase tile, flooring, concrete, and other heavy products, so more loading assistance would make the experience even better. Even with that suggestion, this remains my preferred Home Depot location, and I highly recommend it!”
“Great place to pick up those small parts you need for the house, or the large appliances you need for the house. The employees here are friendly and eager to help you find what your looking for. The atmosphere feels welcoming, clean and with the variety they have you never leave empty handed.”
“Deana gave us great customer service and went above and beyond to help us. I’ve been coming here for years. It’s always been polite, but just today I needed to make sure that everyone knows Deanna was amazing thank you”
