“Conner & Shanaze provided me with exceptional assistance. I was trying to make a return from Amazon of a bed more that 200 lbs and in 2 boxes. Amazon did not understand that I needed 2 labels that they had to initiate. At any rate, they helped to unload it. As we waited for Amazon to authorize another label. When Amazon did not provide another label, they helped to load it back into the vehicle. Shanaze & Conner, provided kind, friendly service throughout. Cheers to them!”

“I shipped a computer to Oregon, and I was feeling a little bit doubtful when I left. I was mainly concerned on how it would be packaged, and when my transaction was done, I was told everything would be taken care of. I wanted to see them package it in front of me, but I just had to trust.Once I received my package, I was excited to see there was foam padding in the main box, and that box was put into a bigger box with foam pellets. They did a great job packing some delicate electronics.”
