“I would give UPS Corporate Customer Service 1 star, but this local UPS Store deserves 5 stars.
I had to ship a perishable food item overnight, which cost over $100. I dropped it off well before the overnight shipping deadline, but the package never made it to the hub in time. Instead of arriving the next day, it took two days, and the food was completely ruined.
What impressed me was the team at this UPS Store. They didn’t cause the problem, yet they went above and beyond to help me. They spent months advocating on my behalf and working through the frustrating corporate claims process to make sure I was treated fairly. Today, I finally received my refund check thanks to their persistence.
It’s disappointing that customers have to fight so hard when an overnight shipment isn’t delivered as promised, especially when it’s a time-sensitive food item. But the employees at this location truly care about their customers and never gave up on helping me.
Thank you to the staff here for your professionalism, persistence, and outstanding customer service. You turned a frustrating experience into one that reminded me how much dedicated local employees can make a difference.”
“Braden was awesome, both in his customer service skills as well as compassion and empathy. He helped me with receiving fax information from another state for paperwork I need to complete for my mom (who's not well) and he made it so easy for me. I can't thank him, and his associate, enough for their well wishes. This place offers mailboxes for rent at a very reasonable price and you can get not only mail, but FedEx, DHL, and other delivery services delivered here for you as well.

“The manager (Anthony) of the UPS location on the access road of Hey 287 is not only helpful but probably the sweetest person I’ve met in any customer service store I’ve been in. I accidentally dropped a check on the ground outside of his store. In a panic I called to see if someone had seen it. This man went outside and found it for me. This act of kindness is verification that there are still people in this world tha are honest and kind hearted. 💕”
