“Update: Yet again, Lowe's proves their customer service with Terry. Thanks to Terry offering to help. I didn't waste my time wandering round and eventually leaving. He definitely helped me find exactly what I needed. I had little clue, until his courteous assistance. This store consistently makes a positive impression! Kind regards Terry! Truu and especially Dom, from the lumber department, were so incredibly accommodating today (Nov 5, 2023), when purchasing supplies to build my daughter's play house and platform addition to her existing wooden swing set. I am immensely grateful for the extreme patience and kindness Dom showed me. My requests were not simple. They meant him spending a decent amount of time and even more attention to detail. It means the world to my world -my daughter. He brought a smile to her pretty little face and a warmth to my heart. People like Dom are in short supply these days. He is deserving of praise. I only pray that future gratitude be given to such a kind individual by those that he come in contact with. Thank you so very much Dom!!! You are greatly appreciated! I will do my best to continue to patronize such a fine group of workers at Pearland Lowes! (Wow!? just saw Shonny Mac's review! Would never have come if I knew they disrespect the Big G-O-D!.. You definitely need more ppl like Dom!!! I detest the use of G'D'!!!)”

“I want to give 5 stars to Mr. Syed, who works in the bulb aisle. I came here last year to buy some bulbs. As I stood staring at the shelf, completely confused, he came over and offered to help. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I got exactly what I needed, and it wouldn’t have been that easy without him. Today I came back to buy several different bulbs, just like last time. Again, they all looked the same, with so many kinds and choices. Luckily, I saw Mr. Syed helping another customer. I went straight to him, and he politely and kindly helped me until I found everything I needed. I also forgot to bring a cart. He told me to wait and brought one over to me. My experience at Home Depot has been so pleasant and convenient because of his excellent customer service. He is the kind of employee who deserves to be Employee of the Year! Thank you!”
