“wanted to take the time and send this recognition for 2 partners that have completely gone out of their way to display great customer service! Both partners are out if the produce/deli department. Mike and Diana! I walked up to Mike and made, what I thought was a weird request. I asked for a smaller portion if penne pasta. He didn't dismiss me or simply said NO. he stopped what he was doing and went and asked. A very nice lady came out,Diana was her name. she explained what she could do and made it for me. I was so happy and thankful that she took the time to help me. I have visited many HEB's and by far, this location has been the cleanest, friendliest and they always have what I'm looking for! I commute from San Antonio daily to New Braunfels and this HEB is my daily stop to pick up my lunch. This HEB truly reflects what HEB says it stands for. This location is my favorite and with partners like Mike and Diana, I will only shop here! thanks Mike and Diana! Thanks for making my day and making me feel welcome!”

“This store is so well stocked, super clean, and products fronted/zoned like it was about to get a GM walkthrough. I’d give it a 5 star cause it’s so awesome, except prices are on the higher end for a lot of things. BUT, you can also find good deals to, if you’re open to whatever is on sale. One thing that was pretty amazing is that they sell Faygo. Only time this soda touched my lips was at an ICP concert way back in the day when they sprayed it into the crowd. Needless to say, I got a variety of flavors. Check that presentation!!! I’ll be back for the treasures this store had to offer. And maybe it’s okay paying a little more cause there wasn’t lines or chaos. Felt all laid back and like a hometown store should feel. Took me back in time a bit.”

“I just want to appreciate The Curbside Staff, they have all been very pleasant, smile on their face, quick to start a small convo to see how my day is, or plans for the holidays, as they load my trunk up My orders are complete, swift with my order.Today a young guy quickly loaded my order, and yet took the time to start a brief pleasant holiday convo. “I drive past 2 other HEBs to go to this one. I love that it isn't a super HEB...if I miss something on my list, I don't have to walk a mile to backtrack across the store. The staff is helpful and friendly. The produce is fresh. The pharmacy is quick and helpful.”

“This is the only fuel that I will have in my car. Never had any problem in my fuel system. For years and years the only fuel that I have purchased. I never mixed other fuel in the gas tank. I make sure I have enough to get there to refuel.”

“Place is clean and a newer building. The staff is friendly and helpful. This one has a good freezer section and they do well at keeping this stocked. Plenty of parking. Great seasonal clearance sections. Just installed a self check out kiosk. Only negative is that this place has no cell service inside the store.”
“One of the best dollar stores I have ever been too. It's is not the newest but the staff takes major pride in there work. This place is always clean and well organized. They do the best they can to keep product on the shelf. They also have produce and a huge selection of cold and frozen food. And be ready to leave with a smile on your face cause the staff is friendly and funny.”
“I work near this location so I'm here often. Every time iv come in its clean and organized nothing like the rest of them in town. Not sure if its the manager but who ever keeps up with this location does a damn good job.”

“I am so appreciative of Kristin she found my wallet and it was returned to me . Kristin was hard at work stocking , helping customers and running register as needed. The store is impeccably clean, organized and stocked. I was impressed by the cleanliness of their bathroom and how it too was stocked with supplies including feminine product !!! I will say their customer service was very welcoming a warm feeling as one invites family in their homes. This is my third time here and always at their 100% and beyond!!!!”
“This DG is close to home which is really convenient for us and the cashier I usually see is so friendly. When I was heavily pregnant he would help me load things into my car when I needed help. Only down-side is that sometimes the line can get kinda long, but that's with any DG. They have a self-checkout that is supposedly going to be up & running soon which should help! Another odd thing to add is that they check 20 dollar bills (and up) very often, but I believe that is being enforced by management.”
“This location, the store has come a long way. Fir a quick place to get "i forgot to get it at a large store,Walmart/HEB)" this place comes in handy, life saver in a way. I'm impressed with their inventory for emergency purposes/needs. The employees try their best to keep the store clean and stocked. Gave the store a 5 star because they are there for the community, the neighborhood store. I hope management hire some more employees and I hope they get paid well. For emergency needs, I recommend this store and you don't have to dress up pretty! Highly recommend for your emergency needs.”
“Friendly place. But it has a big problem. The store sign lights are never on. Worker told me that they reported it and it has been 2 years. Parking lot is pitch black. I try not to go there after dark.”

“I'm so glad this location decided to revamp the fuel pump situation. Moving the diesel pumps to the back. It allows the larger vehicles more space to access the pumps without having to wait for the gasoline vehicles who are blocking the diesel pumps”

“Nice staff as I said before, however, I would ask you to verify the prices you are being charged at the register compared to what price is shown on the shelf. On several occasions I was charged a different price than was shown for items on their shelf price tag. One time it was because the count per box was different and they didn't sell the item listed on the price tag in the quantity shown. Then today same item, new price tag on the shelf and the item scanned for $.25 more. I showed them a photo I snapped of the price on the shelf but they didn't believe me. They went and looked and came back and corrected my price on the items I bought. I am not saying anything other than double check that you are charged the same price as what they listing it for.”
