βGranzin's has been a long time favorite. The service is amazing and the food is great quality. The steaks are delicious. We also like to buy the local honey here, Amish butter, cheese, and other staples.β
βQuality you can not beat and friendly people. Very helpful and you never have to wait long. Fantastic meat sticks, you have to try the jalapeΓ±o ones. Very yummy ?. Steaks are fresh and tender, very good for smoking or on the grill. They have every day groceries as well.β

I always shop at this location but I passed by the Kitty Hawk location on my way u9ke the other night and asked them to do a simple and small gender reveal cakes. Nothing crazy, just a 6 inch cake with the color filled in the middle... I couldnt even finish my sentence when the baker shut me down and said they won't do those at all.
I called Cibolo and they proudly accepted. The cake is super simple with just blue and pink on the outside and I am so thankful I get to create this memory with my family to find out what I'm having! Thank you all so much!!β
βUse HEB. If you use Amazon Pharmacy your meds will cook in the mailbox in the summer as Amazon uses USPS. I requested them stop, and they won't. Occasionally it was UPS but you roll the dice. I received several gel cap type medicines completely melted and other meds likely don't do too well getting slow cooked like a brisket, so yea, use HEB.β
βwanted to take the time and send this recognition for 2 partners that have completely gone out of their way to display great customer service! Both partners are out if the produce/deli department. Mike and Diana! I walked up to Mike and made, what I thought was a weird request. I asked for a smaller portion if penne pasta. He didn't dismiss me or simply said NO. he stopped what he was doing and went and asked. A very nice lady came out,Diana was her name. she explained what she could do and made it for me. I was so happy and thankful that she took the time to help me. I have visited many HEB's and by far, this location has been the cleanest, friendliest and they always have what I'm looking for! I commute from San Antonio daily to New Braunfels and this HEB is my daily stop to pick up my lunch. This HEB truly reflects what HEB says it stands for. This location is my favorite and with partners like Mike and Diana, I will only shop here! thanks Mike and Diana! Thanks for making my day and making me feel welcome!β

βThis store is so well stocked, super clean, and products fronted/zoned like it was about to get a GM walkthrough. Iβd give it a 5 star cause itβs so awesome, except prices are on the higher end for a lot of things. BUT, you can also find good deals to, if youβre open to whatever is on sale. One thing that was pretty amazing is that they sell Faygo. Only time this soda touched my lips was at an ICP concert way back in the day when they sprayed it into the crowd. Needless to say, I got a variety of flavors. Check that presentation!!! Iβll be back for the treasures this store had to offer. And maybe itβs okay paying a little more cause there wasnβt lines or chaos. Felt all laid back and like a hometown store should feel. Took me back in time a bit.β

βI drive past 2 other HEBs to go to this one. I love that it isn't a super HEB...if I miss something on my list, I don't have to walk a mile to backtrack across the store. The staff is helpful and friendly. The produce is fresh. The pharmacy is quick and helpful.β

βPlace is clean and a newer building. The staff is friendly and helpful. This one has a good freezer section and they do well at keeping this stocked. Plenty of parking. Great seasonal clearance sections. Just installed a self check out kiosk. Only negative is that this place has no cell service inside the store.β

βI am a big fan of H-E-B and while this location is not one of the newer model stores, the service here stands out. I recently needed to pickup some holiday blooms and the in-store florist could not have been more friendly and helpful. I was able to modify an arrangement in the cooler to add some more holiday cheer and the end result was amazing. It had red roses, asiatic lilies, baby's breath, holiday berries, and more. I never order flowers from a web site-you really need to go in and talk with florists because they can tell you which flowers are fresh and give you ideas that you may not have considered about an arrangement. Great service, highly recommended.β

βI like our local Walmart except itβs very popular with all the tourist who visit the river and other New Braunfels attractions. So there are always items out of stock and not restocked. Weβve gone to other Walmarts like Cibolo and they always have everything stocked. Just saying! You need to go check them out. Thank You!β
βBeen going to this store for years and nick decides to refuse service to me guess that promotion got to his ego he said I had a loaud tone to him what a piece of work I ride a motorized bike of course my voice may be a bit loud plus all the traffic I pass by and not to mention the train plus I'm deaf in one ear because of military combat what a character I mean to tell ya get a little power and let it go to your head I'm mean come on dude you work at a dollar store your dream job right well fella good luck you treat veterans horrible and you sir will fail not to mention 9 times outta 10 when I buy dip it's moldy and gross the manager allows me to open it before I buy it I mean do you won't moldy dip and nick said that's illegall um noβ

βI'm so glad this location decided to revamp the fuel pump situation. Moving the diesel pumps to the back. It allows the larger vehicles more space to access the pumps without having to wait for the gasoline vehicles who are blocking the diesel pumpsβ
βAfter shopping at H.E.B. Supermarket I went to the gas station. Scott gave excellent Customer Service he asked if I needed help and he pumped the gas. I appreciated that so much

βNice staff as I said before, however, I would ask you to verify the prices you are being charged at the register compared to what price is shown on the shelf. On several occasions I was charged a different price than was shown for items on their shelf price tag. One time it was because the count per box was different and they didn't sell the item listed on the price tag in the quantity shown. Then today same item, new price tag on the shelf and the item scanned for $.25 more. I showed them a photo I snapped of the price on the shelf but they didn't believe me. They went and looked and came back and corrected my price on the items I bought. I am not saying anything other than double check that you are charged the same price as what they listing it for.β
