“I did not have an appointment and was actually passing through. The team were extremely polite, and were able to put my undercarriage back firmly in place. I had traveled 8 hrs it was coming loose. Had 3 bolts in it by Ozona, had a to just put the undercarriage in the back of the car. The people at San Marcos Auto Center, put in all the bolts and plugs at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this business.
Lesson: when you get your oil changed make sure they replace all plugs and bolts.”

“My daughter goes to school at Texas State. Just before she left for school she had her tires changed at the Firestone in our home town. By the time she got to school her car was making an awful sound.
She took it to the Firestone in SM. They told her she needed new brake pads, rotors and struts, to the tune of over $2200!! They also told her that they’d need the vehicle for 1-3 days for repairs.
I inquired in a TXST FB group and a parent there recommended Brakes and More in SM. After checking their reviews I called and spoke to the owner, David. David was kind and caring and told me to have her bring it in, that he’d like to take a look at it. He also said that they Silent need the car more than 3-4 hours, max.
Today my daughter took her car to Brakes and More. David immediately told her it didn’t sound like brakes and that it sounds like metal, but let’s take a look. 15 minutes later she called me from the road, David at Brakes N More found that it was simply a piece of bent metal rubbing and she needed none of the additional work. He even took the time to show her the brake pads and rotors and what they should look like. He checked her struts which are also just fine.
I asked her how much he charged her, NOTHING y’all!! He just took care of her, honestly and with care and concern!!
