“I hadn't been in awhile since I moved out of Hooks but their energy was refreshing. And the cotton candy grapes were delicious. My kids loved their sour suckers. My husband ate his pistachios so fast. And my big Texas cinnamon roll was yummy. The staff didn't let the rain mess with their attitudes. I'll be back whenever I'm back in town and need something. I went in for BBQ sauce and fruit and left with goodies for the whole family. ?”
“Came in today looking for something to eat. I had to stop for my 30 and this place hit the spot.
I wasn't expecting any food from this place. But they had fish, chicken, and some other stuff.
I got full and I'm good to go now. Would visit again if I'm in the area.”
“Review update. When I moved to this town I had the Walmart,+ app and I used it one day to have my groceries delivered. I live less than 10 mi away and they wouldn't deliver groceries. When I make a grocery list. I use there app to check prices and see if what I need is in stock. But I will not buy ground hamburger meat there. It does not taste right. My attitude has not changed. I prefer butcher block grocery store to get my fresh meat. I love their fresh daily cooked rotisserie chicken. Produce is pretty fresh. They're salads are great. And they have the flavor of nicotine lozenges that I like. They just finished a reset at the store. Now they just need to update the app. To put the right product on the right aisle. On the right shelf. And seriously why put crackers and toilet paper on the same aisle. I like where they move the dog food section. They're not hidden amongst children's toys anymore. Conveniently located. If you're using the app to shop for shoes. Double check those prices. The app might say $14.99. And it's priced $30 on the shelf. That is an in-app purchase online offer. So I grabbed the right size pair of shoes that I wanted to purchase. Use the app and I walked those shoes up to customer service and checked out. And continued shopping.”
“I've been to Al lot of DG around this great country. But the first time ever anyone ever explained the sales you can get from the recipe on your next visit. An what you can and cannot purchase. Gets a 5 ⭐ from me.”

“While there are many Dollar Generals in this area, this one will remain my go-to favorite. The managers actually CARE and ENJOY their jobs and IT SHOWS!! Theres not the turn over here that's usually an issue with DG'S. The energy from the staff is always welcoming, cheerful, caring, and they treat you like family! The staff are always willing to help you find what youre looking for, and if they dont have it, they usually know who will have it. The store is always clean, as well as the restroom, and its usually stocked well!! If there's a DG to duplicate as a business model for the rest of the chains, its THIS one!!”
