“I had a fantastic experience with this Best buy today, I needed a last minute charger for my computer, I couldn't find a replacement anywhere Target, Walmart and I needed it today. Jade an employee there helped me look for it, and she had a great attitude. She personally helped look for it tried out all the Nibs and even found me a great deal. Overall 10/10 experience”
“Before Best Buy, there was Micro Center and Newegg. And before those stores, there was RadioShack. All those stores are gone now, leaving Best Buy to pretty much be the only store for a quick run to pick up something electronic.
The offerings are pretty much limited to consumer electronics, which leave more of the random cables, wires, motherboards, etc. to purchase off the internet.
If you want to buy a camera within the day, you can at Best Buy. But if you want a specific lens, you need to purchase it online.
I have mixed feelings about the fact that Best Buy is pretty much the only other choice, if Walmart or Target doesn't have the goods you want.
Outside of that, it's 50/50 getting the help you need. But if you want a phone, they are all over you.*You can tell because they have dedicated employees and a kiosk just for that. Good luck trying to find help looking at a PC. My advice, pretend you are looking at phones, then ask the person who helps you for help from another department. You're welcome. ;)”
“The location is a bit difficult to find if you're coming off the expressway, but the place has a nice welcoming atmosphere and the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable too. They helped me not only find the right new phone for me, but they also made sure it met and exceeded my needs and expectations. Definitely returning again in the near future!”

Overall had a wonderful experience. I know nothing about cameras or what equipment I needed and Ric and his staff helped me from finding out what I needed to being there until the end of the install. If you are in need of a security system, look no further because Spy Tek is the company to go with. Awesome job guys thank you so much!!”

He was the only person at a cricket store in the valley out of 12 different stores that actually answered their business phone when I called . He immediately answered my questions and when I got to store he greeted me and got me set up really quickly. He explained everything thoroughly and was a genuinely nice person.
