I have attached a photo of my reservation. Carlos (pictured here) wont give me a car, he tells me my reservation is no good. It is late and Hertz won’t honor their own reservations. Save yourself a headache and go with Enterprise, theres a reason there’s a long line over there (attached)

If you have 30 minutes to waste in line then this is your place. Literally one person on the stand to help, unbelievable that Hertz can’t afford to pay additional staff.
Let me add to my review. The wait is absurd and the car will be disgusting. The reviews are true about the cars being dirty

Absolutely terrible customer service! There’s no one available to answer the phone on weekends so of course you have to speak to some Asian customer service representative overseas that can barely speak English! They also rent more cars than what they have available! This causes an inconvenience when your flight is...
