Got a rental online and pay it for it. Show up no rental car. Need to take my kids to a camp and travel tomorrow and now car as of now. Man hope they do better, if I pay for something I expect to get a service, maybe first and last time I rent from this company @thriftycarrental I know you can do and plan better
