“After hitting the wall for over 3 weeks while attempting to port my number over from Verizon I had a feeling the only response anyone from Spectrum could offer was No, can't be done. But since we were under the gun to get my number ported from Verizon, or lose our bundled discounts, I braved a visit to the McKinney store on 380. Was met by Johnathan who took the time to listen to my sad story about my network locked handset and that I was willing to purchase a new handset while in the store in order to get my number ported over to Spectrum. Johnathan was nothing but helpful, had the handset I wanted in stock and proceeded to begin the porting process. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Johnathan hung in there with us and was actually surprised along with my wife and I that once every thing feel into place, the number ported over within 5 minutes. Jonathan also took the time to add notes to our account to hopefully ensure we didn't lose our bundled discounts. I was so impressed with his customer service skills, I even purchased the bundled case and screen protector at the same time. Spectrum has a great customer asset with this young man on their team.”
