“If you’re looking for a local, hassle-free, and service-oriented u-haul rental, look no further. The owner was extremely kind, and helpful. I happened to arrive right as he was heading out to deal with an emergency. Despite this, he was willing to stay and make sure I was all set to go. The after hours drop off was easy too. Just make sure you go to the website and follow the instructions being placing the keys in the drop box. I will definitely be coming back here for any of my rental needs.”

“Today I had a reservation at Go Store It in McKinney Tx that had been confirmed a week prior and when I showed up this morning w my loaded truck and movers that I had contracted for 3 hours no one was in the office and the door was locked. I received no help from customer services. I was left to frantically call storage places close by as the time was ticking away. The receptionist at Mckinney mini storage was so kind. She helped me immediately and was able to get the guys back to the unit right away while I stayed to fill the paper work. I did end up spending more on this smaller unit and I had to pay the movers for an extra half hour but the helpful nature of the receptionist made me feel better. Thank you for helping me when I was freaking out! I hope the duration of my rental contract goes as well as today did.”
“I had a few problems with the equipment I rented from here but Carly and the front desk really helped me out and didn't charge extra fees for equipment pickup and even discounted the rent for all the problems we had. “I booked online and also added an appliance dolly. But when I picked up the truck, they said they don’t have any appliance dolly available. So they gave me another 8-mile away U-Haul address which that location has. Then I got one there. Another good thing about this location is, since I am the only one drove my car, and I also need to drive the U-haul truck away, they allowed me to park my car in their customers parking lot for long time even overnight. The 2nd day morning when I dropped off the truck, my car was still in the customers parking lot safely.”

“My husband called service and Raul talked with him about new tires for our Class A RV. Raul explained the process including the kind of tires, price of tires, possible time, and date of service. My husband called other places to compare and they were supposed to send quotes, but never followed through. Raul was efficient and so he chose Industrial power!
When we arrived for the date planned , Kevin checked us in, was very efficient and courteous! We would come back for any service our RV needs! Job well done!”
