“Arlandra at SandsRX is amazing! Truly a great employee. She took the time to check my insurance prices, explain the process to me, explain the meds, and even doubled checked a few things for me and called me back. Went above and beyond. I haven’t had customer service that good in a while, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
Besides that, SandsRX has been quick with delivery and makes getting my meds so much easier. Highly recommend”

“Worst location possible, parking lot is horrible, so bad I actually had to complain. Besides that it's a nice pharmacy. I'm sorry for the semi bad review, you have a nice place, but that parking lot and location is bad. You can only turn in on spot and no good way to get out, you're basically forces to turn right and turn around.”
“I love Medrocs Pharmacy. At the big pharmacy chains you are just a number, but not at Medrocs. The pharmacist and employees know your name and treat you like family. They deliver and will mail meds to your home as well. It has that small home town feel that we all want!”

I’ve been a Costco member since 1994, but last week was the first time I utilized a Costco pharmacy.
First, Kristi called me because my prescription was ready for pickup. She was polite, amiable and eager to help. Yes, she extended herself by looking up information to respond to my questions.
Thereafter, at the counter, Chris greeted me with a smile; even though it was almost the end of the day, he was bright and cheerful.
At the consultation counter, speaking with Angelina was ever so refreshing because she animatedly responded to all my questions. She educated me on the use and possible side effects of the new medicine. Her attitude was exceptionally good, unlike some pharmacists, outside of Costco, who robotically respond to questions, always sounding bored and fatigued. Not here, at this pharmacy. You have a fabulous team here. Angelina, Chris and Kristi deserve kudos and more than just a pat on the back.”
“Grateful for the help of Amir (the pharmacist) and Presley yesterday evening. My prescription was filled for 90 days because that’s what my doctor called in. I needed to transfer it to a 30 day prescription because we are still monitoring my labs monthly. Presley immediately noticed the expensive 90 day cost and that’s what alerted me that I hadn’t changed it to a 30 day supply. The fact that she even cared that it was expensive is a breath of fresh air. The pharmacy was busy. Amir saw me waiting and said he would get to it right away and he did. He even checked me out. Amir and the team not only helped those of us filling prescriptions. They went out of their way to help customers that had aisle questions too. I was more than amazed as I observed their level of customer service. I hope they are rewarded for the heart in which they serve. This was an awesome experience.”
“Great shopping with plenty of merchandise to select from. A clean and well organized store at this location, worth stepping outside the normal location. Clean bathrooms and plenty of parking. The customer service is also above average with very comprehensive answers to patrons questions. Great fast food area and it's kept, you guessed it clean!”

“Excellent pharmacy with consistently great service. Nine out of ten times, medications are available, the staff is professional and pleasant, and the hours are convenient. I don’t even mind walking inside of the store as opposed to using popular national drive-through pharmacies.
On the rare occasion that a medication is on back order, a quick call or notification would be helpful. However, this is not a deterrent, as Market Street Pharmacy’s availability and service are still unmatched. Highly recommend this pharmacy.”

“I'm so happy I discovered McKinney Pharmacy. Going to the pharmacy used to be a chore and a headache at times, but since my first visit here a couple years ago I have a whole new perspective and actually look forward to visiting! They have a drive thru but I always go inside. The people who work here CARE; the customer service is excellent, always personable, and unmatched based on my experience with previous pharmacies. They will go above and beyond to help you get what you need. For example - when my child was a newborn and needed medication, they offered to deliver it to my home so he could get it sooner for a quick recovery. I will never use another pharmacy & can't recommend them enough.”
“I filled my car with gas on Wednesday 10-30-2024 with regular gas at $2,37 per gallon. Just in time, a tanker truck was filling the underground tanks. As soon as I finished the price increased to $2.79 per gallon. Lucky me.”
“This pharmacy was recommended to my wife by a nurse friend and I as a habitue of CVS and Walgreens I was a little sceptical. From the very first visit a found a very friendly, helpful and accomodating environment with reasonable prices. Most of the time Mr Firoz, the director, is present and guarantee a VIP kind of service. He leaves no stone unturned to fill your prescription even if to take to call your doctor for refills or for alternate medications. I was forgetting to mention their free drop off service. For me they are the best!!!”
“We stopped in to get our passport photos taken. They were super busy and said it’d be about 45 mins till they could get to us, which we were fine with, but then an employee (maybe Brittney?) said she’d help. We had our photos and were out of there in less than 10 minutes! Thank you!!”
“I just had to give props to Baylor Scott and White Hospitals here in Collin County TX. This is my 2nd surgery at one of their hospitals and both were professional from check in at the front desk all the way to the RN who wheeled me out to the car! They are immaculate and the board in the room is filled in and the names are changed when they change staff. They verified my information as far as medical history and what I was having done and what part of my body I was having it done on by multiple people! If you look at the bed they've placed the tv remote with the call button for me to have access to it. On the right side is the hose that you connect to your hospital gown to blow heat or air onto your body to keep yourself comfortable! Each person coming through asked me if I was comfortable or if I needed anything or if I had any questions! I'm impressed!”

So if it's regular medicine plan accordingly.Also recently I have seen they keep track of medicine and ask in sms if we would like for refill. This is a very good option.”

“First time at this pharmacy in Target, the kind lady that took my prescription greeted me with a smile, took my info asked pertinent questions very professional and efficient upon the order being filled, I was greeted with the same energy and attentiveness. It meant a lot to me on a day I was feeling pretty low. This lady was an outstanding example of food customer service.
Side note during my wait I walked the store and on two occasions associates checked on me and made me feel like they were interested in helping vs some places employees seem to avoid helping.
